Allio Finance - 2020
Branding, Logo Design, UI/UX
I led the creation of Allio’s original brand, designed to engage a Gen Z audience with a fresh, inclusive, and highly approachable identity. At the time, investing felt intimidating to younger users, so I developed a playful, energetic brand that made finance feel accessible and engaging. Through bold typography, a vibrant color palette, and cheeky, conversational messaging, I positioned Allio as a challenger brand—breaking down traditional barriers to wealth-building and making investing feel like a fun, empowering experience rather than an exclusive club.
My approach followed best practices in UX, marketing, and brand design, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. I crafted a flexible visual system, integrating geometric graphics, isometric illustrations, and a casual, yet knowledgeable voice that made financial concepts easy to grasp. I also developed a messaging framework focused on empowerment, financial literacy, and inclusivity, reinforcing Allio’s mission of democratizing investing. The piggy bank metaphor and playful language helped create a strong emotional connection with users, making the brand feel both reliable and relatable.
This early iteration of Allio successfully captured the attention of first-time investors, laying the groundwork for the platform’s growth. As the company evolved, so did its audience, which ultimately led to the strategic rebrand I later developed—one that speaks to high-net-worth investors while maintaining the clarity and credibility established in this first phase.
